The Grainstore Project
The Grainstore is a residential building split over four floors accommodating over ninety apartments situated in: London E16 1BA | UK. The project has been conducted as usual with all the necessary precaution due to the situation of the apartments and finished in time and on budget.
Our work schedule for this project included the redecoration works to all the communal corridors, main reception and also three internal staircases along with new carpets throughout the building.

The Crown Wharf Project
This project was the result of water damage sustained from a main internal pipe that had failed throughout this block of apartments situated in: Crown Wharf, London E3 | UK.
The damage to this apartment included the flooring throughout the hallway and main bedroom, the damage to the bathroom walls and also water staining to all walls.
New flooring, skirting boards and a full repair and re-decoration was needed.

Melita Project
In March 2016 Opex has been contacted to repaint the Melita hotel façade situated on: 35 Charlwood Street | Victoria | London | SW1V 2DU | UK. The project has been conducted as usual with all the necessary precaution due to the situation of the hotel and finished in time and on budget.
The renovation of the hotel facade enhanced the exterior, giving the hotel a new youth. Just like this project, Opex Building Services can revive any facade to the complete renovation in conventional painting, waterproofing painting and will use all the products and techniques to meet your expectations.

Insurance Work
In July 2017 Opex had been given the task of repairing the water damage of a living room at a residential property in London.
- The existing shelving had to be removed and disposed of and surrounding walls stripped
- A dehumidifier was left on site in order to remove all the moisture from the affected area
- Finally the redecoration works was carried out along with new shelving being installed
